At T. Jazelle, we are committed to delivering your jewelry quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods such as product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping (U.S.): 1 business day

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. The order must total over $75 after discounts are applied.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally. Delivery times and rates vary by destination.

  • International orders may take 7–21 business days to arrive.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. T. Jazelle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, it is their responsibility. However, we are happy to assist in locating your package.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
