Lapis Tiger's Eye Gemstone Bracelet with Happy Buddha Sterling Silver Charm

I REALLY appreciate the response I received from employees Caroline and Brian when I reached out to TJazelle to ask that a bracelet I purchased for a friend be enlarged or replaced with the same bracelet in a larger wrist size. The response I received first from Caroline and later from Brian were surprisingly positive! Their responses were quick and positive as well as informative so that my future purchases would come to me in the wrist size I needed right from the start. Rarely does ANY company care enough to respond quickly to customer requests and to sincerely offer reasonable accommodations, BUT TJazelle did. By the language and tone of their email responses, you knew they wanted to “fix” my problem and to make things right for me and in doing so, keep me as a customer! I will continue to purchase TJazelle bracelets knowing that the TJazelle company has my back!! Thanks again Brian and Caroline! You exceeded my expectations!
