I ordered two bracelets for my coworkers (nurses) who gifted me a beautiful Dooney & Bourke bag. I ordered bracelets for myself in the past and was happy with my purchase. However, this order I was not pleased with the presentation of one of the bracelets (see pic). The pouch that the bracelet came in was damaged and dirty. Luckily, I had some pouches from my previous purchase. My nurses did love the bracelets, especially the “friend” charm. I’m just chalking this up to the busy holiday season. But next time please check before shipping products out. Thank you.

The stones in the bracelets are very pretty, however the heart wasn’t as pretty as I was hoping for. Some of my bracelets from your company are beautiful, I just wasn’t impressed with the hearts.
