Product Questions

What size are T. Jazelle bracelets?

All of our bracelets are designed around size 7 wrists, but we can accommodate any size! If you'd like your bracelets to be sized differently than size 7 the best way to do this is when checking out on our website there is a section where notes can be added. If you add any special sizing requests to this box our team will be sure to size your bracelets appropriately. 

Do we offer gift packaging?

All bracelets ordered online will come in a T. Jazelle gift pouch or gift box, along with one of our meaning cards.  We can accommodate any special message/note inclusion upon request.

What if I can't find a particular item I'm looking for?

Please contact us at info@tjazelle.com and we will do our best to assist you.  

Do you offer Gift Cards?

Yes we do!  Our gift cards are E-Gift Cards and are emailed directly to the recipient.  You can purchase T. Jazelle gift cards by clicking HERE. We recommend having the E-Gift Card sent to your email first and then you can share with the recpieint at the time that works best. Your E-Gift Card will be delivered instantly as soon as your purchase is complete. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Where can I use my Gift Card?

Gift cards are only redeemable at www.tjazelle.com or in our boutique in West Dennis. Our T. Jazelle Retailers do not accept T. Jazelle Gift Cards.

Can children wear T. Jazelle jewelry?

T. Jazelle jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 8.

What is T. Jazelle's warranty policy?

We stand firmly behind the quality of our products.  Any item in need of repair or replacement from manufacturer’s defect is covered within ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.  Please contact us at info@tjazelle.com to initiate a warranty claim.  All warranty claims must be authorized before being sent to us.  Any unauthorized claims will be forfeited upon receipt.

Do you offer Personalized charms?

Yes! You can create your own personalized charm under our Personalized charm section! More details available down below.

Order Questions

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Free shipping only applies to orders shipping domestially.

Can I change my shipping address on my order?

We can’t guarantee you’ll be able to, but we will do our best to accommodate.  Please contact us as soon as possible atinfo@tjazelle.comwith any order edits or changes.wer

I submitted my order, can I change it?

We attempt to process our orders as quickly as we possibly can.  Therefore we can’t guarantee being able to accommodate any changes to orders once submitted.  If you need to cancel or change an order please contact us as quickly as you can atinfo@tjazelle.com.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.

How will I know my order shipped?

Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping confirmation.  Please allow 24-48 hours for an update with your tracking number.  Orders placed on any standard business day after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the following business day.  

Do you ship on holidays or weekends?

No, we do not ship on most major holidays or weekends.  Any orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday morning.

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with your online purchase.  If for any reason you are not content please return your item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Your item must be returned as it was delivered with undamaged item, complete packaging and meaning card.  Please contact us at info@tjazelle.com for additional return instructions. 

Can I use two different credit cards on my order?

At this time we are only able to process one credit card per order online.

Do you have a rewards program?

We do! Our TJ Stacks rewards programs provides all sorts of great ways for our customers to earn points and redeem these points for discount codes to use on orders. Birthday rewards, referral rewards and points accumlated with every dollar spent are just a small sample of the ways our customers are rewareded through our program. Click here to sign up!

What if I have trouble accessning my account?

If there's any issues access your account please reach out to us. There should be a link to click in order to reset your password and access your account, but we're here to help too!

Personalized Charm

What can be put on a Personalized Charm?

We wanted to have Personalized charms available to the TJ Fam so we can all have a custom charm! Whether it be a name, place, date, memory or saying you can truly make your personalized charm yours!

How long do Personalized Charms take to get?

All Personalized Charms are made to order. An estimated 15 business days should be expected before your order ships from your orders fulfillment email.

Can I change my Personalized Charm after order is placed?

Unfortunately no changes or edits to the charm can be made after order is placed.

Can I return my Personalized charm?

Orders can not be canceled once placed and will be Final Sale. No returns or exchanges on any Personalized T.Jazelle Charms will be accepted.
