    Order errors

    Pretty bracelets. Always. But first time I received it I got wrong size. I ordered a larger size. I got a very unwearable small size. They were kind enough to replace with correct size without me returning the one sent in error. Which was awesome and great customer service. However my replacement bracelet was the correct size and correct beads but they attached the wrong charm! Not what I ordered. Rather than doing a review at that time I emailed them about the second error saying i could live with it but got no response whatsoever. So that is why I am doing a public review. I gave away first bracelet (after 3 attempts. It was so small hard to find someone with that small of wrist) but keeping second even though it was wrong charm. But I got correct onyx and size. I am just very surprised and disappointed I didn’t get any response that I was sent wrong charm so their customer service dropped. I got a breast cancer charm instead of a shield charm. Something slipped thru cracks but still pretty so i will wear it for those I know that have survived breast cancer. Just not what I ordered.
