I love the paw charm silver necklace, however, it's more a choker n it is very hard to put on with no slack in the chain. I don't see any way to make it a regular necklace and it was a duff from a customer so I can't ask fit receipt to change it. It's there a way to make it a regular necklace n not this choker with a 2 inch drop to the pendant?

Sometimes it might feel like you need to pull a little harder, but the necklace should adjust. Hope this works!
